Discoloration about 1-2 inches up from bottom so would be ideal for someone shorter who could hem this off and have a brand new dress! Has buttons for attaching sleeve to it! If you like mine we can discuss adding those in too!

dress was a 5 but I am more of a 4 so we took an inch off the wait and hips but left the original bust
